US capital Company Web Hosting Provider　Customer Service Ranking


Author Muesli Junkie have been having transaction with only UK Area UK capital Company and HK Area UK capital Company. So I was not sure whether I would be able to receive dedicated reply from Customer service staff. Because Sometimes we have to receive the reply which is identical with FAQ from US capital company staff. Namely the customer service staff just only copy and paste FAQ. In particular Google, Cisco, PayPal. This is not man to man customer service. They do not treat us as Human Being.


But After applying for respective Hosting provider, I was able to have confidence that they treat me as Human Being. they read previous e-mail respectively and treat customer as one by one except Bluehost. So you can avoid having feeling like that you have to wait on the assembly line.

I am enjoying really. I envy the person who will become the debutante as the overseas customer with having the transaction with Lunarpages　and Powweb .

Sometimes I had the feelings that we have discrepancy concerning our communication with customer service. I think that this is not because customer service humane ability but because their system itself.

Although their reply was better than Google, Cisco, PayPal. But I have doubt that they do not think us as the human being.
